We source from Canadian suppliers and ship to your door, then our guide walks you through the build, or we can assemble it for you. Internationally: Pick your parts and we check compatibility automatically. We only ship inside Canada, so internationally we point you to each part on Amazon to buy in your own country. Same build planning, same guides, you just check out on Amazon.

Do I need experience to build a PC?

No. Atlas is built for first-timers. Every part is explained, the builder flags anything that will not fit, and our guide walks you through assembly. Trev is in the corner if you get stuck.

Are the parts genuine and new?

Accepted Answer

In Canada: Yes. Every part is brand new from authorized Canadian suppliers. No used, no refurbished, no mystery swaps. Internationally: Yes. We only recommend new, brand-name parts, and you buy them straight from Amazon, covered by Amazon's own sellers and returns. We never point you to used or knockoff parts.

How much does a custom PC cost?

In Canada: It depends on what you build. The builder shows the real price of every part with no hidden markup, so you see your exact total before you commit. Internationally: It depends on your parts and your local Amazon prices. We tag every part Budget, Mid, or High, and you pay whatever Amazon charges in your country. We add nothing on top.

Do you ship internationally?

Inside Canada we handle everything and ship to your door. Outside Canada we do not ship, but you can still build with our tools and buy each part directly from Amazon in your country through our links. Either way you get the full Atlas experience.

What if a part is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

In Canada: The builder marks it so you cannot add it and suggests a comparable alternative. We restock regularly. Internationally: Availability depends on Amazon in your country. If a pick is sold out there, the builder still shows it and you can grab the closest in-stock match on Amazon.

Can I buy individual parts without a full build?

In Canada: Yes. Add whatever you want to your cart and check out, even a single component. Internationally: Yes. Every part links to Amazon on its own, so buy one component or a whole build, your call.

What is the difference between Atlas Workshop and other brands?

Accepted Answer

Prebuilt brands hide what is inside, mark up the parts, and sometimes swap in cheaper components. Atlas shows you every part and explains what it does, so you stay in control of your build and your money.

How does Atlas make money?

Accepted Answer

In Canada: Like any retailer, we make a margin on the parts we sell, plus an optional flat fee if you want us to assemble the build. The price you see in the builder is the price you pay, no surprise charges at checkout. Internationally: When you buy through our Amazon link, Amazon pays us a small commission. You pay Amazon's normal price, nothing extra. That is how the builder, calculators, and guides stay free.

What's the return policy and warranty?

In Canada: Every part comes with its manufacturer warranty, and we handle returns for anything that shows up dead or damaged within our return window. Full details are in our Terms. Internationally: Since you buy on Amazon, your order is covered by Amazon's returns and support, plus the manufacturer warranty for your region.
